/ scope

Bay One Ten LLC ("Bay One Ten," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website at bayoneten.com (the "Site"). This policy describes what we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers the Site only. Apps and other products we publish are separate and have their own privacy policies — read those if you use them.

/ what we collect

The Site is a single-page studio overview. It does not have user accounts, sign-up forms, payments, advertising, or analytics scripts. We collect very little.

If you email us at contact@bayoneten.com, we receive the contents of your message, your email address, and any other information you choose to share.

Server logs. Our host (Netlify) keeps standard request logs that include your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user-agent string. These exist to deliver the Site and to detect abuse, and are retained per Netlify's defaults.

Google Fonts. The Site loads the Space Grotesk typeface from Google's font CDN. When that happens, your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address and user-agent. We do not control Google's processing of those requests; their handling is described in Google's privacy policy.

We do not set cookies on the Site. We do not run analytics, ad pixels, retargeting scripts, or other tracking technologies on the Site.

We use what we receive only to:

• respond to you when you email us;
• operate, secure, and improve the Site;
• comply with legal obligations.

/ how we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only third parties involved in operating the Site are:

• Netlify — hosts the Site and sees the server-log data described above;
• Google — serves the web font and sees the request data described above;
• Our email provider — receives and stores messages you send to contact@bayoneten.com.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others. If Bay One Ten LLC is acquired, merged, or restructured, information held by us may transfer with the business.

/ children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

/ california residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) gives you the right to:

• know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it;
• request a copy of that information in a portable format;
• request that we delete it;
• request that we correct inaccurate information;
• opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information in the CCPA sense.

You may exercise these rights by emailing contact@bayoneten.com. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents may request a notice describing personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share information with third parties for their direct marketing.

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information transmitted over the internet is invulnerable to interception or misuse.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent change. Material updates will be posted at this URL.
